1. How can I get samples?

We can supply you samples if you have a DHL, TNT, UPS or FedEx account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. You may need to pay for the samples, depending on what item you request.If you don't have courier account, you can send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.of course,once you place the formal MOQ order,we will refund all the charge for you in order.

2. How can I get your Quotation Sheet?

Please send us your inquiry with our products article number by email , we will reply you within one working day.

3. How to place an order?

Please send us your purchase order(PO) by email or fax. or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order.

4. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We can arrange transportation for you.we have our own forwarder agent for shipment

5. What's your usual payment term for orders?

30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T before shipment
